The PC Report is your first stop for the latest computer news, in-depth analysis and opinions, thorough reviews and useful tutorials. We aren’t a site about phones, or a site about games, or consoles, or gadgets, we’re just a site about the latest in computers and our opinions on computer tech.

The PC Report is a blog project started by two people in 2009: Tim Schiesser and Jack Cairns. Tim currently resides as the site’s Editor in Chief, while Jack takes care of background management and ideas. We also have our United States correspondent Kenny who writes for us from central USA.

Apart from our team here at The PC Report, if you have interesting or original content worth sharing to the world we would be happy to have you guest author an article. Just contact us via the contact form and we’ll get back to you as quick as possible.

Keeping up to date with articles here is easy. Either visit our site directly, subscribe to our RSS feed to get content straight to your reader, follow us on Twitter or get news straight to your inbox via our email subscription service.

Our HQ

The PC Report HQ is located in a town called Geelong, roughly 100 km from Melbourne in the vast country of Australia. You might notice from time to time that we like to post articles that are relevant only to those of you that live in our country of origin, but we try to be as international as possible.

Due to our location, it is sometimes difficult for us to obtain review items. If you have an item that you would like us to review, the contact form is open for you to make a request, and we can easily make a deal that makes the shipping for you to Australia much more manageable.

As our HQ is located in Australia, all times referred to on this site are in Australian Eastern Standard Time, or GMT+10.

Competitions

We like competitions as much as you do, so we try from time to time to give away things here on the site – whether they be review items we don’t have to send back or other cool computer-related products.

As we are an international website, we are happy to send competition prizes to winners regardless of where you live, or what age you are. We will pay the full cost of shipping of the item to anywhere in Australia or outside.

We do not take responsibility for competition items lost in the mail, stolen during mail delivery or confiscated by customs in the country the package is entering. We also do not take responsibility if the address you give us to send the item to is incorrect and thus never reaches you.

Competition prizes are not negotiable and will not be exchanged for cash.

If you are the winner of a competition here at The PC Report, you will need to respond to our email notifying you of your win within three days or we will draw another winner. Please supply valid emails for competitions.

When you enter a competition here at thepcreport.net, you agree to the above terms.

Contact Us

If you have an item you want us to review, have content you want us to guest author or have news you would like us to post, don’t hesitate to contact us via our contact form.

We will try and respond to your contact emails as quickly as possible, though sometimes our staff are busy at work and won’t have time to reply to your emails straight away. Be patient and we will hopefully reply.
